The most distinctive feature of the Bristol Large ToTe is its extravagant use of leather. This bag is made from two pieces of leather, each of which is larger than a piece of A3 paper. Generally speaking, a single cowhide can only produce 3 Bristol Large ToTe. The placement of the handles was also carefully chosen to let the user feast on the visual splendor of the large pieces of leather, which develop an undulating contour as the leather ages and softens with time.
With the concept of “as simple as possible”, the specifications are luxuriously sewn with a single piece of leather. Taking advantage of the texture of leather, no lining is attached (except for the parts required for partial reinforcement), the main body is lightweight and soft, and the parts where force is applied are durable.
